Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping to all destinations within the United States.
Premium Carriers: All shipments are handled by premium courier services (DHL or FedEx).
Express Delivery: All packages are shipped via air with door-to-door express delivery service.
Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery time is up to 5 business days from shipment date.
Personalization & Handling Time
Custom engravings and personal dedications require an additional 5 business days of handling time before shipment.
Once your personalized item is ready, it will be shipped with the same premium service (5 business days delivery).
Total time for personalized items: approximately 10 business days (5 days handling + 5 days shipping).
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
You can monitor your package's journey from our workshop to your doorstep in real-time.

Return, Exchange and refunds
At Or Yahalom, we stand behind the quality of our diamond-embedded leather spiritual books. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary and have established the following policy in accordance with U.S. consumer protection standards.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, undamaged condition.
All returned items must be in perfect condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Original packaging, certificates, and accessories must be included with your return.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be in its original, undamaged condition.
For personalized or custom items, exchanges are only available in case of manufacturing defects.
If exchanging for an item of greater value, the customer will be responsible for the price difference.
If exchanging for an item of lesser value, a store credit will be issued for the difference.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled with full refund prior to shipping.
Orders with custom engravings or personalization can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
