DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
From this website, you can make purchases for delivery all over the world.

WHERE CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED?
For your convenience, you may ship your order to the address of your choice in the countries we deliver to. Please ensure that you enter your address in full as well as a contact name (if different) and telephone number to facilitate the prompt delivery of your order.

WHEN WILL MY CUSTOM-MADE ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Custom-made orders are available via standard shipping and may take 27-30 business days or express shipping 17-21 days.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

You may modify your delivery address before your order has been processed by our Distribution Canter, which normally occurs within 30 minutes of placing an order.

If your order status is still marked “Processing”, immediately contact Cube Formations customer service to modify your order.

Once an order is processed, it can no longer be modified.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR DUTY CHARGES?
International shipping may be subject to customs processing and additional charges.

You should be aware of possible:

• Delays from customs inspection.
• Import duties and taxes which buyers must pay.
• Brokerage fees were payable at the point of delivery.

Your country’s customs office can offer more details.

As customs policies and import charges vary widely from country to country we’re not able to predict what these charges will be.
Any charges & customs duties must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your order failed to arrive by the estimated delivery date, please try the following:

1. Check your order’s progress status using the tracking number and link provided in our shipping confirmation e-mail

2. Check your mailbox for a delivery attempt card, as your order may be waiting at your local Post office.
3. If you still can’t find your order, contact us here.

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We do our best to ship your order in one parcel, however during exceptionally busy periods such as the holiday season, due to the exclusive nature of the Cube Formation range, demand may exceed available stock and we may not be able to fulfill your entire order. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible via email to inform you of any possible delays and back-ordered items.

If you don’t see all the items ordered listed on the shipping confirmation e-mail, don’t worry, your order is being delivered in more than one parcel. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail notifying you of their shipment as well as a tracking number as soon as the remaining items are shipped.

THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED DO NOT MATCH THE ONES I HAVE ORDERED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Cube Formations makes every effort to fulfill your order accurately. However, in the unlikely event that the items received do not match your order please contact us.

International Orders: Cube Formations will refund the cost of postage* incurred for the return of the incorrect item(s).

*Up to the value of US $100 (Please attach the invoice for shipping).

Please note, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. If you are not sure how to proceed, please contact us for further assistance and we will be happy to help.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE AN ITEM I RECEIVED IS FAULTY OR WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT?
Cube Formations makes every effort to fulfill your order accurately. However, in the unlikely event that the items received do not match your order please contact us stating your Order Number and we will replace them for you upon return of the items.

Please note, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. If you are not sure how to proceed, please contact us for further assistance and we will be happy to help.
