Return Exchange and Refunds
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. Returned items must be free of wear or alteration and include all original packaging, certificates, and accessories. A valid proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Customized or personalized items can only be exchanged in the case of a manufacturing defect.
If exchanging for a higher-value item, the customer will be charged the difference. For lower-value exchanges, a store credit will be issued.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment. Orders involving custom engraving or personalization may only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Items showing wear, damage, or signs of alteration are not eligible for refund.
